Making good
A construction company will make good any mistakes that it has made.
For each item on your snag sheet, think about:
- how each one might have been caused
- what steps could have prevented it
- how should the developer make good the mistake
The Head has agreed that some defects are not your responsibility. These include the markings that have damaged the interior.
