The CAD team
The Wates in-house CAD (computer-aided design) team led by James Tucker produces drawings and details for projects, working together with our design and engineering groups. James' team also produce 3D visualisations of projects which can range from simple fly-arounds and fly-throughs, to more complex time related animations which show projects being built in their intended construction sequence. The animations are used as part of our bid submissions and also to explain projects to our clients, and partners. Choose one of the icons below to see examples of the CAD team's work.
