Phase 4: Operation
The activities in this phase look at three aspects of the early operational life of a building: how a constructor strives to minimise the defects that must be made good after handover, the legally-required documentation that supports a successful handover to the facilities manager and how sustainability can continue to be addressed as part of the responsible management of a building.
